Nutrition classes, mother/baby bonding yoga classes, picnics, individual/group therapy, playdates, picnics, outings, lactation support workshop, cooking classes, gardening classes, meditation, bonding courses, walks, hikes, brunch dates, out-of-town wellness retreats, spa visits, staycations, opportunities for free baby supplies, opportunities for free clothing, etc.
